The ATI MP-40 is as close to the original WWII weapon as can be while meeting current regulated specs for import. It comes chambered in 9mm with a 10.8 inch barrel. Features include a polymer grips, a zinc alloy frame, a loading accessory, and a 25 round magazine.

The firearm seems to be very well made and an incredible deal for the money. I paid more than some other sites, however, I got one. The other sites were sold out.
I have not shot it yet.
The bolt will not run on an empty mag ad I believe it has a bolt stop.
The bolt seems to run just fine on a loaded mag.
The firearm is perfectly balanced and the metal is perfect, as to be expected from German Engineering!
I still can’t believe I got for that price!
Really like it , planning on 2 more mags n underfolder when available , yes i would buy again
